What to know before you vist

To make your appointment as smooth as possible I recommend:

• Take your dog out to potty before the appointment. This prevents them having an accident in their kennel, and prevents them from being in any discomfort.

• Bring your dog in on a leash. Even though your dog might be off leash trained, there are a lot of dogs coming in and out of the salon, and this keeps every pet safe. 

• Make sure your paperwork is filled out online before your first appointment.

• Please allow time for your dog to be finished. It usually takes 3-4 hours, but I will always notify you when the dog is ready. 

• Be prepared to pick your pet up when we call, as we don’t have space to board every dog all day long.
